本規約は、Discord Bot「SU Manager」（Application ID: 1511170015833886861、以下「本Bot」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本Botをサーバーに導入した時点、または本Botが導入されたサーバーを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本Botの機能
本Botは以下の機能を提供します。
- SU本サーバー・系列/傘下/加盟サーバーの登録一覧管理、および登録一覧にないサーバーからの自動退出（
/guild） - SU本部役職者の登録、メッセージ数ノルマ管理、休暇管理、追加タスク管理、証明書発行（
/staff） - サーバー内メッセージの単語出現頻度を集計したワードクラウド画像の生成（
/wordcloud） - 連続ログイン（発言）日数に応じたロール自動付与（
/loginbonus） - チャンネル・ロールの閲覧/書き込み権限一覧表示（
/permissions） - サーバー登録時に発行するウェルカムサーバーへの招待、および招待経由で参加したユーザーへのロール自動付与
2. 禁止事項
- 本Botの脆弱性を悪用した不正アクセス・妨害行為
- 本Botを利用した他のサーバーメンバーへの嫌がらせ・迷惑行為
- ノルマ・タスク管理機能を、対象となる役職者を不当に貶める目的で悪用する行為
- 本Botのリバースエンジニアリング（法令で許容される場合を除く）
- Discordの利用規約に違反する行為
3. 免責事項
本Botは現状有姿で提供され、動作の完全性・無停止・無誤動作を保証するものではありません。登録一覧にないサーバーからの自動退出、ログインボーナスのマイルストーン到達時のロール自動付与、ウェルカム招待経由のロール自動付与は、権限不足・ロール階層・Discord側の障害等により失敗する場合があり、運営者はその結果について責任を負いません。ノルマ管理機能が算出する解雇判断（解雇検討対象）フラグはあくまで本Botによる機械的な集計結果であり、実際の人事判断はSU本部が行うものです。本Botの集計結果自体が人事上の決定を構成するものではなく、運営者は当該集計結果に基づいて行われた判断について責任を負いません。
4. サービスの変更・停止
運営者は、予告なく本Botの機能を変更、または提供を停止することがあります。
5. 利用の制限・停止
本規約または禁止事項に違反したサーバー・ユーザーに対しては、予告なく本Botの利用を制限、または停止することがあります。
6. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Discord bot "SU Manager" (Application ID: 1511170015833886861, "the Bot"). Adding the Bot to a server, or using a server where the Bot is present, constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Bot Functionality
The Bot provides the following features:
- Managing the registry of the SU main server and its series/subsidiary/member servers, and automatically leaving any server not on that registry (
/guild) - Registering SU headquarters officers, tracking their weekly message quota, managing leave periods and assigned tasks, and issuing certificates (
/staff) - Generating a word-cloud image from word-frequency statistics computed from messages in a server (
/wordcloud) - Automatically granting roles based on consecutive login (posting) streaks (
/loginbonus) - Listing view/send permissions across channels and roles (
/permissions) - Issuing an invite to a welcome server when a server is registered, and automatically granting a role to users who join via that invite
2. Prohibited Uses
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Bot for unauthorized access or disruption
- Using the Bot to harass or harm other server members
- Abusing the quota/task management features to unfairly disparage a targeted officer
- Reverse-engineering the Bot except where permitted by law
- Any use that violates Discord's own Terms of Service
3. Disclaimer
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Automatic actions — leaving unregistered servers, granting a role when a login-bonus milestone is reached, and granting a role via the welcome invite — may fail due to insufficient permissions, role hierarchy, or Discord outages, and the operator is not liable for the outcome. The dismissal-review flag produced by the quota management feature is only a mechanical tally computed by the Bot; actual personnel decisions are made by SU headquarters, and the tally itself does not constitute a personnel decision. The operator is not liable for decisions made based on that tally.
4. Changes to the Service
The operator may modify or discontinue the Bot's functionality without prior notice.
5. Suspension
Servers or users violating these Terms may have Bot access restricted or suspended without prior notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
